SHS Hosting Health Fair

Thurs.-May 2- 5-7 pm

Sandoval High School is hosting the second annual Sandoval High School Community Health Fair for Sandoval, Patoka, Odin, Salem, Centralia, and Carlyle area residents during the school’s annual Relay for Life Week.

Sandoval FFA Chapter was recently represented by Scottie Pryor at the Section 21 FFA Creed Speaking event. The event was hosted by the Kaskaskia College Agriculture/Horticulture program. The Creed Speaking competition is designed to recognize outstanding FFA members for their ability to present the National FFA Creed in a competitive setting. Members deliver the creed from memory and respond to three questions. The event gives FFA members the opportunity to develop their ability to communicate in a powerful, organized and professional manner. Pryor was coached by Sandoval FFA Advisor Casey Bolin.
